Today (14 March 2025), Pol. Lt. Col. Wisanu Chimtrakul, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), revealed after the fact-finding subcommittee on torture and enforced disappearances interrogated the mother and sister of Pol. Col. Thitisan Uthanaphon, or former Superintendent Joe, for more than 3 hours that initially, from today's interrogation, investigators from Prachachuen Police Station joined the interrogation in the case where former Superintendent Joe was physically assaulted and died in prison.
